It's totally understandable if you have second thoughts about answering some of the questions in this survey. I'm not a person for answering a lot of questions. Not without good reason. So my question, in response to all the questions being asked, is usually "WHY?" The reason for the questions is that I need to get as much information about you and your business as possible, from you.

Why is the information needed and why can't it wait 'til later? Fair response, right? Because the info is needed and it gives us someplace to start. It shows your level of commitment and determination. You want a chatbot that going to represent your business. It may start as something "out of the box", but it can be upgraded to be more customized!

This isn't a sales pitch. I just want you to know that the questions asked are important and will need to be answered at some point in the interview process. You can always say you'd rather not answer. However, if too many questions are left unanswered, your chances of being considered for the program become less.

There are 2 models of Syah available for beta testing. One is a Conversational Hybrid Site Assistant. It's a blend of rules-based logic, machine learning and AI. It makes for a flexible and enjoyable experience for the user. The second is an AI Voice-based, Receptionist bot that answers your calls. It uses AI, text-to-speech and speech-to-text technology to engage with the user. You'll learn more about this later. 😃

The Beta Tester's version is basic in that it doesn't perform complex tasks. It's customized to your brand & will blend in well using your site colors and brand logo. Depending on your industry and niche, you'll be able to get information that will help qualify leads.
